As you all know the svn servers are down for the ps2dev files and the reason I am not asking for libjpeg is because libjpeg is on the ps2sdk-ports github repo. Back when there used to be patches to apply to the stock versions of libjepg, libpng, and zlib but the media fire links are expired...
