FIXED! Heres how: I had some weird issues with my ps3 syscon. It would not let me write the internal mode value (w 3961 01 00) and would not boot the system I found out this capacitor (C4069 ) was shorted. Removed it and the issue is solved! I spent literally 2 years hunting for this solution...
