I too have the same issue. HDD light stops blinking Screen stays black GTA V, Black Flag, GT 6, PVZ GW, Lone Survivor, Valiant Hearts and the list goes on! I have uninstalled webman, Irisman, Multiman, I have even changed harddisk (which worked for sometime before the problem coming back)...
