    I did some progress finally.By doing some tests and I figured out that if you run BOOT.ELF with the ps2splash.png only without any memory card with FMCB intalled , a message pops up that says : Image is too large and does not fit in your screen. I tried both PAL and NTSC still the same. I...

    You probably have the fat model as I do. The problem maybe comes from the fact that it was only tested on slim models

    I have replased BOOT.elf as the instructions said ,I installed FMCB and after that LAUNCH.elf didn't work.I managed to fix that so it can load from mass.After that I placed the ps2splash.png inside the MC0. And if I understood correctly when I see the FMCB logo , I should press SELECT. But...
