    PS3 PS3 Toolset (by bguerville) with 4.92 support has been released.

    Yes , this happened to me too , but only i choosed to install via usb storage media the 4.91 OFW and then i installed CEX 4.91.2 CFW . Thanks PS3Toolset and @bguerville for efforts and support for newest firmware !
