    PS3 multiMAN v04.82.00 - deank adds 4.82 CFW Support

Hey guys, quick question. Is it possible to use multiman and cfw without my blu ray? I removed it to improve ventilation, but not all my apps cannot work and some required psn keys, again. Thanks!

    PS3 PS3 CECHC - 04 - 60Gb - Optimal temperature

New update, I have removed the blue-ray driver, as it is dead, and there has been a nice improvement. It now idls easily at 65% at 30/32% fan speed. I hope this will also improve in games, will check.

    PS3 PS3 CECHC - 04 - 60Gb - Optimal temperature

It's been one year, but I am finally back with an update. I took the PS3 to a proffesional in my town and got the thermal paste change underneath the heatsink changed. It now runs at a constant 67 degrees cell and 58 rsx with 30/32% fan speed. This is an improvement as before it would spike over...

Yes, I have read this now and it seems that indeed this might be the case. I will talk with someone I know is a professional at this, and see if he can do it. Thanks again DeVil303!

    PS3 PS3 CECHC - 04 - 60Gb - Optimal temperature

Ok, I am back. So I changed the thermal paste on my PS3, put in arctic silver 5, and did it as recommended in a lot of videos. I ran some games these past few days and felt that the fan did not kicking up as much as before. Although it would stay at an average 32% according to Webman. Until now...

    PS3 PS3 CECHC - 04 - 60Gb - Optimal temperature

I see, thank you for the links! What annoys me is that it is loud, constantly. I changed my thermal paste for a second time, and it continues to be like this. It might be because I initially used Arctic silver, but when I changed it, I had ran out of that and used another paste. I think I will...

    PS3 PS3 CECHC - 04 - 60Gb - Optimal temperature

Hey guys, A few days ago I received as a gift a Phat PS3 the CECHC 04, 60Gb model. Which I happily took and used ps3xploit on, with the help of DeViL303. With this out of my way, I began testing my old PS2 game. I noticed that the fan kicked in quite hard and often. When I checked the...

Ok, so I got to test this out. I put a PS2 ISO, copied it via NTFS in Multiman to my internal PS2ISO folder, and now it works.Going to test this out with PS3 and PS1 games, but I think it should work. Thanks DeViL303 and everyone else, you were very helpful. Much appreciated!

PS3 Help make sense of PS3 Jailbreaking

Thank you, DeViL303! I have to say, I have never seen a developer that helps people so earnestly. You are a cool guy. That is some weight off my shoulder to hear that I really don't need any of the other steps. I got pretty confused after installing the CFW. So, basically I need to install...

PS3 Help make sense of PS3 Jailbreaking

Hello everyone, I just inherited a Phat PS3 CECHC 04 60GB version, which came with OFW 4.81. This sparked my interest in jailbreaking and using homebrew apps on it. I have read quite a bit and watched numerous tutorials. Still I find myself unable to put everything together. I would like to...
