You don't just convert from disk to PSN. You could try the codes that start with "AoB" to see if they work, but otherwise they'd require proper porting.

As long as it did not involve a klicense to decrypt it, you can encrypt it again like a normal eboot and it should work fine. The archive in my signature can help you with that if needed.

It might require porting. Different regions and updates randomly have differences in the eboot files, and that moves things around. You could try the "AoB" codes for increased chances of compatibility, but my subroutine codes likely use absolute branches and would require manual porting on your end.

I had tutorials for using TrueAncestor and E/S/S/S/E Resigner in there along with scetool. I recommend ESSSE Resigner because that does more than TrueAncestor, but you'll need to intercept files because it resigns them with no option to just decrypt them and then encrypt them later.
