Hey not sure if you ended up solving this but i'm having pretty much the exact same issue as you. I have a ps3 that would YLOD (CECH-J02) and decided to change the first rsx nec tokin, YLOD stopped happening and did some testing with the last of us for a good 8 hours, didn't shut down once...
