    It always has been under PSN Tools. In the readme.txt that comes with the cfw download it lists it under PSN tools. Did it move after this update?

    Hey I just downloaded Evilnat 4.90 CEX. I noticed that the "Create License" tool is not showing up under "PSN Tools", has anyone else noticed this?
