    Personaly i can recomend a geniue Warton Future HF Jelly flux. Works great for me on BGA and SMD reworks, easy to clean and doesn’t smell like death xD. Atlest in Poland it’s not that expensive and widely avaliable.

    Thank you for the explanations. Now i understand. I will try RSX replacement, but im currently out of 65/40 nm ones, and waiting for the delivery of slim donors. When i replace RSX i will come back with result.
