A little update about that console. Recently i upgraded my microscope, and decided to took the board under new microscope, and looks like I missed that during CELL delid I managed to damage two tiny SMD components near CELL. After replacing them and RSX with 40 nm one, console is working again...

Personaly i can recomend a geniue Warton Future HF Jelly flux. Works great for me on BGA and SMD reworks, easy to clean and doesn’t smell like death xD. Atlest in Poland it’s not that expensive and widely avaliable.

Thank you for the explanations. Now i understand. I will try RSX replacement, but im currently out of 65/40 nm ones, and waiting for the delivery of slim donors. When i replace RSX i will come back with result.
