Hey man.. So I made the pkgs and I used the web server to push it to ps3. I waited like 2 hours to install the large file, then went to install the small file with just the eboot in it and it said a later version is already installed. No need to install this version... The game didn't show up...

I thought this same thing. The NPUB is basically a converted BLUS but I'm definitely using the peram from the NPUB. I followed everything exactly how it was written as well, triple checked. They are different sizes as well so idk..when I select the PERAM file from the NPUB it shows the title ID...

I opened the param file in the param editor inside the ps3tools program on my pc. I wasn't able to find anything to edit? I did a few Google searches but only found things about splitting pkgs. Is there another program I need?

I wasn't sure how to get those files, I have the BD version. I applied a fix for this game and got a BLUS and NPUB folder. I made a pkg from the BLUS folder but when I try to right click and make pkg from NPUB it tells me "category in PARAM.sfo must be HG or GD. Do you know where I go from here?
