Is there a way to jailbreak it without CFW? For as I mentioned before, I am from Africa and don't have the funds to buy the flashers, yet alone the PS3 games... Thanking you in advance.

I am glad to hear that :chewy: for I have found a way to format the HDD that has the 4.76 OFW installed on it, but would like to know how I go about patching the ps3's flash? Would installing a CFW as an OFW at the start of a fresh HDD brick it without flashing it? Thanking you in advance

Thank you, I have downloaded the program and will check it in a bit, I have another question to ask, is it possible to install a CFW on a fresh HDD? For I am in Africa and buying things from over seas works out to be very expensive as we have to pay for shipping and we have weak currencies...
