Okay then I should consider myself relatively safe, since I have just 2 friends so far, never play online and just sync trophies.

I'm online on PSN since 3 months now (I made a fresh PSN 3 months ago) and never used any protection, I'm still not banned. Have I just luck?

Weird, I have just the logicboard attached and took the broken bd drive out (So there is no bd drive in my PS3 anymore at all) since then I was still able to Update to every normal CFW without any issues and all games and apps running fine. (PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP all work) The only difference is...

I wonder how it is possible to update to OFW "by accident" lol I mean I have to start the update manually, since the PS3 not Update himself without any confirmation.

Just Updated from 4.84 Ferrox, just awesome that Rebug is back finally! :D

I updated from Overflow 4.84 Cobra to Ferrox 4.84 Cobra and webman is still there in my PS3s xmb without any issue.

One question since everyone seems hyped about this, is there any advantage having FERROX 4.84 installed in compare to Overflow?

That's weird, I use the Overflow 4.84 v5 Cobra 7.55 Edition and my PS2 isos working fine with Webman and Multiman.

Then maybe it's a bug in the Cobra version.

I can't talk for original PS2 discs, since my bd-player in the ps3 is not functional, but PS2 iso backups are running just fine without any issue using webman or multiman.

I guess so, since it's mentioned in the changelog that you can install this CFW over any other CFW. Just no OFW of course. I updated from Ferror 4.83 and it worked perfectly.
