you can try this, create a .txt file with notepad++ or sometingh like that, save it, then copy and paste the cli conf text in there, open ps2fpkg and go to the second page, and then click on add txt file, and select your .txt file, remember it to name your file like your game, example...

i can explain u how to do it, the CLI files are converted in .TXT files to make it to read in PS2-FPKG software, and the .LUA files just install notepad++, and u can create as many .LUA files as u want, remember to copy and paste the right configuration, dor example GTA VICE CITY STORIES PAL...
