Thanks for the reply dude I was really starting to get scared. What is the use of dumping the EID root key(Newbie here). I have some games on my HDD but I don't really care, so can I just reformat as FAT32 and install the FW and get on with that ?

Not related to JBing. Now that sony released OFW 4.82 and I just installed 4.81.2 COBRA REBUG on my PS3. I tried to login to PSN after apply PSNPatch but it says I need to update in order to Sign-in. Is there anyway to bypass this ?

Do we need to perform the combo after the black screen ? I have installed the Rebug QA toggle. So I installed it and ran it I get a black screen and my PS3 reboots again ? Now, do I have to perform that gamepad combo or not ?
