I made a dumbass noob mistake and update my OFW ps3 to 4.89 Hen never works for me and I only use CFW!! What can I do??? Need to jailbreak this system... Please help

I made the mistake of update a ps3 I got on offer up to the current OFW and It was a rookie/noob mistake. I have done CFW jailbreaks a few times this year... anyways will this work for the current 4.89 now? The psxploit flash page denied my system. I hate Hen and only use Corba. Help please....
