So I ended up downloading an older version of the Rebug toolbox after downgrading to 4.89.3 CFW and was able to the Rebug toolbox pkg file to get the Debug HDD Exchange feature. I was able to successfully clone the hard drive to my SSD without issues.

Hey, I'm trying to find the Debug HDD Exchange utility on 4.91.2 PEX. For the life of me, I cannot find this particular utility. Am I just blind or is it in a different cfw that I should probably install instead? I was able to successfully get CFW 4.91.2 Evilnat Cobra 8.5 PEX Beta 9 installed...
