I am trying to fix my DECR-1000A with the TMU-520 motherboard. As in other thread related with the syscon setup for this development tool, it seems that the error could come from the NECK/Tokin proadlizers as the syscon errlog suggests.

Thanks @M4j0r it was my mistake with FileZilla FTP transferring the ser2net as ASCII instead of binary. I guess I was not far from the source of the issue since most of the errors are power related:
