Oh it worked. Thanks for the help and it's funny that it worked because I tried using recovery mode before but it didn't worked but now it worked apparently.

I need help on updating my PS3 HFW to 4.87 because right I'm stuck on 4.86 HFW and it won't let me update because it gives me the same message "Until Further notice. please remain on this firmware. Visit **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) for new exploit announcements regarding newer firmware versions".
