Just double checked, made sure it wasn't enabled, and tried updating again. Still doesn't work. Gave me the same errors. Tried doing a factory reset just in case that somehow helps (there was nothing on the console anyways), and yeah. Still can't update. Same errors. Not really sure what exactly...

I don't believe it's enabled. I was able to use the Blu-ray drive to play some games.

I found the fan in a CECHK01. I just thought it was a little odd since I've had a K01 before and it didn't have an SFF30A fan.

Have You gotten an SFF30A fan to test yet? Ps3 I just got has one and I'm wondering how good it is compared to others.
