Just want to make sure I got this right. My PS3 is currently on 4.90 PEX, the one that lets you kernal swap between CEX and DEX. All I have to do is install the 4.91 PEX update and that's it, right? I don't have to make another eid_root_key backup to keep using kernal swap?

Okay thanks. I only plan to login to PSN once before jailbreaking and that's it. My original PS3 died before I could make a backup.

Since the latest CFW is on 4.90, can I sign in to PSN on a new PS3, 'activate' it so my save data from my old PS3 works, download my digital library and then jailbreak it?
