why does everything I touch turns into shit? now that my ps3 detected the update its stuck on 98% i waited for 2 freakin hours and still it's stuck.

I tried to, no matter which disk I use no matter which version I use it says this data is corrupted (8002f2C5).

luan plzz help i chose cfw instead of hfw in ps3 4k pro and now it can't boot and says the system software cannot be run correctly. Will I have to install firmware again? and will my data still be there if i do so???
