    this error code is linked to bad filtering or general power failure to the RSX you don't have the correct setup for replacing the nec tokins. You might want to check this out:

    the correct way to do the nec tokin replacement is through Rip Felix's tantalizer mod that uses i think 4 MLCC decoupling caps in parallel. the original NEC tokins also have a plane that connect the positive rails together everywhere not in only one place as I can see you did. you should check...
