a bit late to reply, but i would imagine that it would be alot easier to achieve using CFW and some kind of hooking in the TLS libraries.

you can use PS3xPAD, https://www.psx-place.com/resources/ps3xpad.22/. it's bit finicky to get up and running at first in my experience, but once it does; work's like a charm.

this does not suit my needs, it's a website that provides an HTTP protocol for redirects; it does not bypass SSL on any existing connections. thank you anyway though.
