    I don't know but if that's your board, you've got thermal paste all over the place.

    If the case is (or at least the case vents are) clean, the fan is clean and unobstructed and spinning freely, and the thermal paste has been applied correctly, then yes the temperature sensor might be having a meltdown. From what you say about the fan though, sounds like it might be going...

    I have a PS3 Slim with a DYN-001 board with a suspiciously similar issue. When I get home from work in a week I'm going to try and get it running so I can salvage my savegames, that's all I really care about. I am hoping for some assistance with finding the most efficient route to resolution...

    Thanks for the heads up but modifying the game to that extent and introducting new crashes and texture bugs is not worth it. I don't really even like the Hot Coffee mini-game, I would have cut that shit too. :encouragement:

    I should also point out that Hot Coffee on PS2 is broken. Once the mini-game is finished, Carl is stuck to the ground outside the girlfriend's house. He cannot move or die. It's essentially a softlock and the console needs to be reset.

    Works great on real hardware! Life's A Beach and Supply Lines are absolutely not "impossible" to beat on 1.03. I got both the first time around. Nothing wrong with getting some practice in and using tactics.
