I read a post here that all I needed to do is resign the *.sprx files, and add their lotaction to plugin_cobra.txt. Problen is I can't find plugin_cobra.txt o my system. There is a filed called boot_plugins.txt with webftp_server.sprx in it. Is that file the filed I need to use for the plugins?

You could try MiniTool Partition. I've used that program in the past to view/unallocate hidden partitions. There's also Disk Manament built into windows that might work as well. You cloud also try also diskpart commad which is also part of Windows. You need to use the commans prompt though.
