Is it possible to change/update the version of OPL on the FMCB Memory Card with just one memory card, or is two a requirement?

Hello, I got my FMCB Memory Card and MC2SIO from Helder's Game Tech (thank you AngryHelder!), got a Toshiba Exceria 128GB microSD and formatted it to FAT32 with 32k cluster size and put my PS2 ISOs on the SD card. I plugged in FMCB to memory card slot 1 and MC2SIO to slot 2. Upon powering on...
