    Yes, the unit was de-lidded. I checked the CELL die and surrond area. I could spot 2 possible damages: 1) Lower right corner in between the middle of where the 4 traces join, there seems to be a small patch of exposed copper. Inder the magnifying glass it looks to me like no trace is damaged...
