With this new firmware, hen won't initialize coro, please what do I do

I've tried this now hen won't even initialize, before it will Initialize but won't install...now it won't initialize with the firmware you gave me...please what do I do, is there another site to download the hen from or how

I have done that, it keeps showing HEN Failure! Restart PS3 and retry!...when I initialize hen, it's successful but when installing hen that's when it says this "HEN Failure! Restart PS3 and retry!"
