I actually figured this out and tbh, it took me a while to find out as well. on your pc you need an app called PSP2PS3, it converts psp isos into a pkg file to download. Once you setup the pkg settings and click to make pkg, a .txt file called "MINIS2" will pop-up. depending on which game you...
