    I actually have a question about that. I did notice some of the pins on the HDMI are shorted to GND, but I don't have another PS3 to compare it with. Are you saying that none of the HDMI pins should be shorted to ground on the PS3 mobo? I looked at the HDMI pinout diagram, but I don't know...
