how do i fix it?

Hello. im trying to install OFW 4.8.9 to A HFW 4.8.9.2 firmware, i try to install it but whenever The system copy reaches 70% it just says the "error" message. Iam using a Usb Flashdisk CruzerBlade. (sorry if the message is confusing,iam bad at English)
