There is no disc in drive or usb connected. I have fibre line but running wirelessly and not wired.

Hen is installed. Hen icon is showing up. It is when I click on the Hen icon the clock icon spins and Hen and webman doesn't activate first time. I didn't know that the cache can have an influence. Where do I clear it?

Hen 3.30 doesn't enable the first time....clock just spins and only on the 3rd attempt does it enable. Why is that?

Hi everyone....I have 12gb superslim with hen already on it...I want to know if I want to add a larger internal hdd, does it copy everything to the internal hdd so I don't have to do the whole hen activation again?

After watching @MrMario2011 Ps3hen to cfw tutorial he made it took about 10 min to get everything done. To everyone that has and is working to keep the scene alive, PS3Hen, HFW and CFW wise, You guys are amazing and thank you for all your effort and sacrifices, I for one appreciate it.

So do I still need to patch or can I just update with Evilnat 4.91.pup file from USB?

I have latest hfw and hen installed. I want to try cfw but wanted to know if it is a must to remove hen/hfw and install ofw first before starting cfw procedure? I have run the latest bgtoolset to check if ps3 is compatible and it is. Was wondering if it is possible...

Friend of mine has HEN 4.89 on a slim model which supports CFW. The console is with me currently and want install Evilnat 4.90 for him but I don't have any pc with me currently. Any alternatives which I can use?
