Seems like re-installing the HFW worked. Thank you very much for your support.

So far I did re-install pkgi and it did not work. Then I used a param.sfo editor to edit it as a HG column and after editing it, it still did not appear in the xmb. Thank you for the idea though, I appreciate it alot.

I didn't replace param.sfo or deleted it. It is still there in game folder. I even tried formatting the HDD and doing the steps but it still didn't work. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Recently I tried to install pkgi and the app did show up in the network section of the xmb. I tried to copy the config txt file using Irishman and after that pkgi stopped showing up in the xmb. Tried booting it directly from the game data and deleting the game data folder and reinstalling pkgi...
