Random shutdowns points to Nec Tokin capacitors issue, probably need to replace them.If you use ps3 advanced tools application you can extract Syscon error log to be sure.

CECHC03 also plays psihical ps2 diks.Was working fine on Evilnat CEX 4.90.Just to confirm I have double check and working fine when I have go back to 4.90. Updated again to Evilnat 4.91 ,black screen when lunching Ps2 disks
