Ok, but what exactly did I do wrong? And How can I activate these games with the .rap files?

So, I have installed HFW and Hen a lot of times and every time I choose a game it shows me the icon of the PSN like if I had to buy it from PSN Store, I don't understand much of HFW and Hen. Just to you know those games were alredy installed.
