Ok... I fixed it on my own by pulling the HDD, reformatting it on my pc and then putting it back into the PS3 where it was formatted again. Now the BDR displays games and movies like it should.

FAT PS3 had bad BRD. Upgraded to Evilnat 4.88 noBRD Replaced and remarried new BRD in Factory mode. Says Ok. BRD movies play ok in Factory Mode. Returned to Retail and installed full Evilnat 4.88.2 No BRD in XML and Evilnat still says Evilnat 4.88 noBRD installed on boot. mmMC says there isn't a...
