Yes it is my first delid, never did before. At least my PS3 still turns on and gets ylod for overheating so I didn't break anything.

Yes the 3001 error was because of PSU not being connected on the 2 prongs. I tried the repaste, the fan didn't sound so loud for sure but returned the same errors. The thing is I tried to delid before. The console was working but CPU was getting too hot only on idle (like more than 70ºC)...

Yes it works without the plugin but the problem is that ps button doesn't work. That's why I use the xpad pluggin and I want an alternative if possible.
