    Hi, you need to remove the CPU/GPU headspreader and renew the thermal compound between the DIE's and the headspreader. After that the ps3 works fine again. Regards

    Thank you @ Alexander & worrorfight :) Sure :) Thanks :) Well, before the modification it was a RSOD machine with the Samsung NOR inside :D but that was not a big problem for me. I exchanged the Samsung NOR against a Spansion NOR and since the Fix, the error has not occurred again :)...

    Thank you :) That's right, the upper shell is from Cxx model.
