Does the latest Webman Mod 1.47.44 work on PS3 4.89.1?

Okay, so I am seeing 2 different things. Will the upcoming HEN for 4.90 be 3.1.2 or 3.2.0?

So, I just found an old PS3 of mine. The model number is CEJH-10020. Is it CFW compatible? I can't even find any CFW info about it online. Only thing Im seeing is CECH information

Not yet. Although, It is reportedly ready to be released. Probably tomorrow or Saturday

According to a very easy Twitter search. HAN was causing many consoles to brick on 4.85-4.89

I am aware that HAN "exists" on 4.85 to 4.89. However, those are unofficial versions and caused many consoles to brick, especially on 4.86 and 4.87

AFAIK, HAN hasn't been updated since 4.84 or 4.85. Apparently they felt it was pointless in updating it when 97% of HFW users prefer HEN instead of HAN. I agree that its simplicity made it great, however HEN is as simple as it gets nowadays. It's way easier to use than it was 4 years ago. And...

I recently read something on Twitter saying HFW 4.90.1 is ready for release, they are just waiting for HEN 2.0 to release so they can do both at the same time instead of HFW releasing and then HEN not releasing for 2-3 weeks later like it was last May for 4.89.1

HAN no longer exists for any PS3 Software version above 4.84. They figured with how advanced HEN was becoming, it was kind of pointless to keep updating the etHANol project. They planned on updating it to make it compatible with 4.89 last year but it never ended up happening. And I feel for you...

So what is the point of having HEN if there is no HAN? HAN is the service that lets you play Debug packages... HEN alone doesn't let you do that. MOD Edit: HAN lets you install debug pkgs if you enable it with debug support. HEN lets you install any pkg. HEN includes support for HAN features...
