i tried it too, somtimes it works, somtimes no and when it works, i find HEN installed on my ps3 but doesnt work good and wihtout PKG manager

Hello, i have a problem and i need your help pls i tried more than 15 times to install HEN 4.91 on my ps3 super slim but no succes the initilaisation works without problem but to install the hen i get this message as showed in the picture "HEN Failure! Restart PS3 and retry" thx for your help
