    darn - then if its not the hard drive, I cant do anything until a new version is released? I have tried both installing via safe mode, and normal install - still same issue as well. Still battle with getting HEN installed. can i install OFW (will it need tobe 4.93, then install HFW after that?

    I really hope it is not the case, but will test with another drive. What will happen if i install a lower version of HFW. I am thinking of testing a different version. Will it downgrade, or will I risk bricking the unit?

    thank you for the steps. I followed them as per instruction - I just get a blank white screen when i try to open up the page. I did do all the browser steps before and after as well- clear cache, cookies, etc.
