I try removing prepNTFS.self from /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/sys and I didn't even load the ISO games on NTFS and also I did replace prepNTFS.self with the build 1.13 and I tool longer and didn't show the ISO games, then I went back to the original prepNTFS and I did show the games.... so...

I have the same Issue and like u I was trying to figure it out how to solve it, since all my games are in ISO format on external HDD I test and try what Aldostool said, and I will give u a feedback about the result.
