Activate ps3 to account still no luck. Activate only matter play game u purchased not sync trophy. U log in psn account (not local ) u should sync no matter activate or not. Maybe sony did some limit to my machine. Only possible reason.

can sync timestamp before 2020,but after 2020 unable. sync progress run well,but 0% at PSN. I tried 4 account(2 are new create) all the same. Even I deleted a account and download info from psn,then unlock a local trophy then upload, still no luck. I googled, mod trophy will not upload...

But only clear the 2nd block not 1st? And it not change idps just hide temporary?
