No problem. I had the 40nm on hand, but since they are very expensive, I would use 65nm from now on unless that changes. Of course there is nothing wrong with 65nm if someone wanted it. :) Kind Regards, Josh

CXD5300GGB is the model number of the 40nm RSX I installed, so yes it was changed. The Tantilizer cards are replacements for the NEC/TOKIN capacitors that have been engineered by Mr. @RIP-Felix to be comparable to the performance of the original parts. Kind Regards, Josh

This shows a rather serious lack of understanding about the mechanics of BGA flip chips. IF what you are saying was true, as soon as your board cools down off your BGA machine, it would no longer be flexed and thus 0 revival would occur. Simply heating does not and cannot revive a chip with BGA...

I had this fault. Link not init + 2203 errors. Replacing the XDR and it resolve. Josh

I would say I agree mostly. For sure the pressure test is not 100%, but when identifying a failed BGA it is fairly good at providing a positive result (that BGA is failed), but not very reliable at providing a negative result (BGA is ok). So unless I get a failed BGA result, I just replace the...
