okay thanks I ended up going with: smb0:/APPS/path of your ELF

Im not sure how to do that? okay I can make the file but I dont have the smb0 folder on my mc can I just create it? okay i dropped the config files into the opl folder and they now show up in opl (yay!) but I cant run them I get the error "Error, could not run the item"
