all my games are ntcs... the america version of the games... what does gsm do?

so i had to delete the opl setting file so i am able to save the settings i set but now when i try to load a game i get nothing but just a black screen .. it was working before i had to reset the file... anyone able to help?

so i when i open up opl i keep having to change the settings for it to look up my internal hdd and when i hit save settings it says it saved it but then i open it back up again it didnt save any of the changed settings .... does anyone know how im to fix this?... still new to the whole modding...
