Someone here had your same exact issue and fixed it by finding a faulty fuse and capacior. We know characteristics of resistors and capacitor changes when heat is involved. Have an ESR meter handy and test all caps, yes all, in circuit. There's a number of 0 ohm fuses too. If you can't find it...
