Yes everything seems to be up and running in Canada as well so I'm pretty sure many other affected locations will be back to normal soon

Some countries and locations have been unintentionally blocked according the psx-place twitter account (Source). With enough time and patience it should be up and running in the UK. I too have to use a vpn because the site is being blocked in Canada. Best wishes towards the issue being resolved...
