    I've tried PAL version they also have same issues even on OPL 0.8, So yeah the only way to play it with normal FMV is on SMB Thanks for helping me

    I've done updating it to v1.2.0-BETA-2194 and results is still same, cutscenes always skipped

    Like I said before, I don't know what version is my OPL, everytime I boot my PS2 and open up OPL there's "Open Loader PS2 10th anniversary edition" logo, I assume that my OPL versions is 0.9
